Brandi Cagle is a nonprofit operations and development strategist with several years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations across nonprofit and corporate environments. Her work centers on strengthening internal systems, aligning teams, and building funding strategies that advance economic mobility and family stability.
Prior to joining Social Venture Partners Charlotte, Brandi served as Director of Operations for Lakeview Neighborhood Alliance, where she supported programs serving more than 200 families and contributed to the development of over $3 million in multi-source funding proposals. She is also the founder of Cagle Co., a boutique consultancy focused on grant readiness and development strategy.
Brandi holds a Project Management Certificate from Google and is passionate about continuous growth and thoughtful leadership. A Charlotte resident and proud mom, she enjoys supporting her daughter’s creative and academic pursuits while staying actively engaged in her communities.
