Molly and Henry Withers

Molly and Henry Withers have called Charlotte home for over a decade, having moved to the city after graduating from the University of South Carolina. Originally from Perrysburg, Ohio (Molly) and Simsbury, Connecticut (Henry), they met in college and have built their careers and community in Charlotte ever since.

Both are CPAs with strong backgrounds in finance. Molly is Director of Tax at Global Endowment Management, where she oversees tax strategy and compliance. She previously worked at Deloitte and holds degrees from USC and the University of Virginia, along with a CAIA designation. Henry works in public accounting, focusing on audits for large public companies.

The Withers joined SVP Charlotte to deepen their community involvement and connect with others passionate about social impact. Outside of work, they enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, cheering on Gamecock sports, volunteering, and playing pickleball.
