Tammy Privitera, a native of Charlotte, recently retired after a distinguished 30+ year career in accounting. She spent the last decade as part of the accounting team at Quail Hollow Country Club, where she established a reputation for integrity and meaningful collaboration. Beyond her career, Tammy actively lent her expertise to local charitable organizations, helping strengthen their operations and deepen their impact. David Privitera has over three decades of executive experience in the commercial construction and real estate industries. He recently founded Focus Forward Advisory, where he helps small businesses grow through fractional executive leadership, strategic guidance, and emerging leadership mentoring, always with a focus on building strong cultures and engaged teams. David also serves in advisory and board roles with local nonprofits, emphasizing mentorship, servant leadership, and meaningful community impact. Together, Tammy and David share a passion for initiatives that nurture well-being, creativity, and personal growth. Outside of their professional and philanthropic endeavors, Tammy and David enjoy traveling, discovering new restaurants, hiking, kayaking, and paddle boarding. They are proud parents of three adult children and beaming grandparents to one cherished grandson.
