Mark and Patti Weber are the dynamic duo behind Croixstone Consulting, a Charlotte-based boutique firm specializing in management consulting, interim leadership, and executive search. With a shared passion for entrepreneurship and community impact, they founded Croixstone in 2016 and have since grown it into an award-winning Inc. 5000 firm and certified woman-owned business.
Their SVP Charlotte journey began more than a decade ago with SEED20, where Mark was immediately drawn to the entrepreneurial energy of the nonprofit pitch event. Patti, a former math and computer science teacher turned technology consultant, found her niche supporting nonprofits with data systems and governance. Together, they’ve taken on leadership roles across SVP Charlotte—Mark as a SVP Board Member, SEED20 Lead Partner, and Board chair for ourBRIDGE for KIDS, and Patti as Chair of the Education Committee and founder of the E3 (Explore, Educate, Engage) Committee.
Croixstone’s corporate partnership with SVP reflects their belief in long-term, strategic philanthropy. “We’ve shifted the mindset from one-off donations to sustained partnerships,” says Mark. Patti adds, “It’s about empowering our consultants, leadership team, and clients to use their skills for real change.”
