Adrian and Teresa Hee, hailing from FL, relocated to Charlotte from Atlanta in ’96. At the age of 14, Adrian’s family moved from Malaysia and settled in Dunedin, FL. They met during their time at the University of Florida, where Teresa pursued an M.S. in Accounting and Adrian earned a B.S. in Accounting. Several years later, Adrian went on to complete his graduate studies at Wake Forest University, obtaining an M.B.A.
Teresa is a Managing Director at Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking and has over 25 years of experience in assisting Real Estate clients with capital raising needs. Adrian brings with him 20+ years of expertise in Corporate Banking and Capital Markets. He currently is the CEO of Newsouth Event Services and has a decade of entrepreneurial experience encompassing product development, digital marketing, brand management, and operational strategy.
Adrian and Teresa have three children: Olivia (22, Princeton graduate), Julian (18, currently attending Emory), and Evelyn (16, sophomore at Providence Day). The Hees cherish various activities such as traveling, cruising, skiing, soccer, track and field, walking, and working out. They are also ardent supporters of Charlotte FC, and they both joined SVP Charlotte as Partners in July of 2023.
