Across the country, Profound Gentlemen impacts over 360 teachers and school leaders, with over 70 Gentlemen in Charlotte.  As a result of the support provided to each educator, 80% believed that PG helped them navigate the education profession, 41% received a leadership award in their schools, and 98% returned to their schools better prepared to impact students.

Profound Gentlemen’s mission is to build a community of male educators of color who provide a profound additional impact on boys of color.  PG’s vision is to retain educators who dismantle the cradle to prison pipeline by establishing a cradle to career pipeline for boys of color.
