SVP is grateful for a wonderful leadership opportunity being provided to our Investees by Tom Lane and OneTeam Leadership. This program is designed to help participants create and effectively lead an organization that is highly effective and healthy. The first phase of the program will focus on individual leadership development (three day self leadership immersion) and the second will focus on the organization itself (small group sessions and organizational culture evaluation). Participants will delve deeply into team work, vision, strategy and culture for their organization and those around them.
SVP Partner, Tom Lane, brings over 20 years of corporate experience and a decade of leadership consulting to his work. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a double major in psychology and communications and earned his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
