The Social Venture Partners Board of Directors has announced that Susan Daniel will step down at the end of October from her role as Executive Director of Social Venture Partners Charlotte (SVP). “The good news for Susan,” says Board Chair Neal Noland, “is that she is going to retire to enjoy some well-deserved time with her family and explore the new chapter of her life. SVP has benefited tremendously from Susan’s leadership, guidance and friendship for the last 10+ years. She has been the driving force behind so much of our success over those years. Susan has been instrumental in growing our Charlotte chapter of SVP to one of the largest in the global affiliate, with a constant eye on the impact we can make in our community.”
Over the course of the past few months, SVP created and executed a comprehensive Executive Director search process. “On behalf of the Board and staff,” shares Noland, “I am thrilled to announce that SVP Charlotte is welcoming Kristin Beck as our new Executive Director effective October 14, 2019. We are excited to add Kristin to our phenomenal staff. Kristin brings a diverse background with experience in various strategic and leadership capacities.”

I am thrilled that Kristin will be SVP’s new Executive Director, and I am certain that SVP will thrive and creatively evolve under her strong leadership.”
Kristin joins SVP with over two decades of experience leading business units and strategic vendor relationships for Capital One, GE Consumer Finance and Bank of America. More recently, she is the creator and founder of Pivot Point Professionals, LLC, a boutique coaching and consulting firm focused on helping professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs make changes in their career and businesses to align their purpose and performance with their priorities.
Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a certificate for Business Essentials in Nonprofit Leadership from Wake Forest University. She also holds two coaching certifications and is pursuing a third issued by the International Coach Federation. Along with her husband, Aaron, she enjoys cooking and hosting friends in their Huntersville home.
