We are off to a strong start in 2025 with two Spark Team projects already completed, three projects currently in progress, and three more set to launch in May and June, bringing the total to eight Spark Team projects thus far (for perspective, we completed 10 projects in 2024). These high-impact, short-term engagements span key focus areas:  

• Strategic Planning projects with Youth Meditation, Charlotte Rescue Mission, and Our Daily Bread Foundation (launches in May) 

• Board Governance support for Project2Heal (completed) and Beatties Ford Road Vocational Trade Center (starts in June);  

• Fundraising guidance for AssistME (completed), Galilee Ministries, and 100 Gardens (launches in May).  

• We also have the capabilities to support Spark Teams in the following areas: Finance & Accounting, Operations, and Marketing & Communications.
