Spark Teams are dynamic, short-term advisory groups that support SEED20 and Investee alumni by tackling specific challenges through project-based collaboration. By leveraging the expertise, skills, and networks of our talented volunteers, Spark Teams help nonprofits build capacity, sharpen strategy, and accelerate impact.
What Spark Teams Do
- Provide focused, time-bound support (typically 4–10 weeks)
- Partner with nonprofits as thought leaders and strategic advisors
- Deliver actionable recommendations in areas such as: Strategy, Governance, Operations, Fundraising, Finance and Marketing

Our Impact
Since 2020, we’ve completed over 56 projects and contributed more than 2,700 volunteer hours—helping nonprofits expand their reach and deepen their impact across our community.
